It looks as if our week of February 10 will be predominated by continued nuisance storms followed by a short blast of Arctic cold. So says meteorologist Brad Field. In his weekly podcast with co-host Dan Lovallo, Field outlines the timetable for the storms.

The storm late Wednesday into Thursday could be an interesting one and when it is finished here comes that Arctic cold blast. It could get downright cold in the Connecticut region as Field details.

Meanwhile, Field explains why the date of February 22 could bring about some dramatic changes in Connecticut’s weather. By the way, Field also details the snow amounts for the region and how it compares to previous winters.
