Meteorologist Brad Field is forecasting the chance of some snow in regions of Connecticut on Jan. 6.

Wet snow possible; turning colder next week | Ep. 166

Wet snow is possible Jan. 6 in northern areas of Connecticut, according to meteorologist Brad Field.  In his weekly podcast, Field notes that there could be some snow accumulation on grassy surfaces but because of warm, road surfaces it could be more difficult for snow to accumulate on the road.  However, in his conversation with co-host Dan Lovallo, Field notes caution should be used on the roadways.

After slightly above normal temperatures over the weekend, an arctic front will bring cold weather into the region by midweek the week of Jan. 8.

Field reminds his audience it is still too early to give up on this winter, featuring a lot of snow.
