January weather in Connecticut and the region is going to bring dramatic changes, according to meteorologist Brad Field in his latest podcast with co-host Dan Lovallo. The potential for several storms exist, along with subzero temperatures by mid-month. Field also predicts there will be no January thaw in 2025. In fact, the deep freeze will extend to Florida, he notes.
