Major snowstorm could impact Connecticut and the Berkshire for Dec. 15 into Dec. 16.

Connecticut facing major storms | Ep. 163

Connecticut, especially most of Litchfield County, and the southern Berkshires are in the bullseye of a major winter storm, according to meteorologist Brad Field. Snow amounts, however, will vary on location. Elevation will have a major impact on snow vs. rain and mixed precipitation, Field noted in his weekly episode with co-host Dan Lovallo.

The storm, Dec. 15 into Dec. 16, is not all. The arrival of winter on the calendar could bring with it a major snowstorm for all of the state of Connecticut, effecting Christmas travel, Field stated.

All that and more is discussed in the podcast.
