Rain-snow mix; Vortex delayed for Connecticut

Connecticut can expect substantial rain with snow mixed in at higher elevations Jan. 15 into Jan. 16, according to meteorologist Brad Field in his weekly podcast with co-host Dan Lovallo. What about the much-anticipated Polar Vortex? Field states that dramatic, weather change is still going to happen.
