Saturday looks to be the pick of the weekend once again, according to meteorologist Brad Field. In his latest podcast with co-host Dan Lovallo, Field is labeling Saturday as a “top 10 day,” as far as weather is concerned.

When it comes to weather for several, scheduled Friday night proms, however, you might want to keep an umbrella handy. As for when the weather will change and perhaps some summer like conditions could finally appear, Field talks about that too. He even takes a peak at the Memorial Day weekend weather and for those with patience, they may finally be rewarded.

What about the dew point? Field explains why the dew point reading is a more accurate gauge of how “sticky” our air could get, rather than the relative humidity.

And if you think May has been raw and cold, well Field breaks out the numbers for the first half of the month and much, much more on the podcast.
